Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of the scheduled session. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances.
Refunds
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused coaching services or packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of The Apothecary Project
